Hi,

I wanted to create a blog today because a current customer asked about blogging strategy and how to get started.  The customer also asked about some features that I wanted to make sure were available before I confirmed that they are.

Anyone have any good web sites to review or documents to share about blogging strategy, I'm all ears!
