Bose is pretty awful stuff. It has the absolutely cheapest parts that can be used in manufacturing, and the sound (from the speakers and components) is average to below average.

When you're listening to music through a Bose system, do you actually feel like there is real music in the room? Not in my experience. It sounds a tad washed out (or even bleached out) and very tinny.
